How do I care for my LUMA wares?

Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth with a glass-specific cleaner or a diluted vinegar solution. Apply cleaner to the cloth rather than directly to the surface.

•      Edges & Backing: Handle edges with care and keep moisture away from backing or foil layers to avoid peeling or corrosion.

•      Avoid: Abrasive cloths or harsh chemical cleaners, and dragging objects across glass surfaces.

What does ‘Vintage condition’ mean?

Our vintage pieces are hand-selected for their character, quality, and history. Each item carries the marks of its past — signs of age and prior use are expected and contribute to its unique appeal. We provide detailed descriptions and clear photography for every piece, noting any visible imperfections. Colours and finishes may = appear differently on screen than in person. Minor wear such as small scratches, surface marks, fading, or rust is inherent to vintage goods and is not considered a fault.

What is the return policy?

We're happy to issue a store credit for any item returned in its original condition. Simply reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

In the rare case that an item arrives with a significant fault or doesn't match its description, we'll make it right — whether that's a refund, repair, exchange, or store credit. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods
