Domestic Shipping

Shipping for homewares is calculated based on size and weight, with rates starting from $15–$50. When ordering multiple items, shipping is charged at the highest applicable rate. Orders are sent via standard post or
courier, with an estimated delivery window of 3–8 business days.
Click & Collect

Prefer to collect in person? You’re welcome to pick up your order from the LUMA Wares studio in Austinmer 1.15hrs south of Sydney CBD. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout — this option is complimentary.
International Shipping

We don’t currently offer shipping outside of Australia through the online store. If you’d like a quote to deliver outside of Australia please reach out at

•      All international shipping costs are calculated based on product size

•      Orders are processed Monday–Friday and dispatched as promptly as possible

•      Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for international delivery

•      Additional time may be required during public holidays

•      You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped

•      Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost

Please note: all international sales are considered final due to the environmental and logistical costs of international returns, unless the item is deemed faulty.
